Idea shaping is the first phase of product design and development, in which we discuss your wishes and needs, conduct brainstorming and coaching sessions, and let the whole process begin. Product Feasibility
Engineers Core provides a detailed technical feasibility study, in which we analyze and evaluate the potential of your investment into a certain product and give you our honest and professional opinion on whether it is possible and worth it. Design and Development
Design and Development include making a selection of commercially available components, as well as developing the specific ones which are not available on the market.
By assembling all components into the functional product via 3D software, Engineers Core is able to conduct multiple virtual tests of the product and construct a diminished version of the product.
Prototype Manufacturing
According to the previously made 3D model, the first prototype is made in the final phase of product development. After putting all components together, it is time to test the prototype and make a document based on its performance and flaws, as well as prepare for manufacturing the second prototype. The whole process ends with a finished functional product that is ready to be delivered to the client.
